"Seatpost received defective. One of the parts was machined incorrectly. As a result, the holes are not facing each other and the seatpost is unusable. What is incomprehensible is how nobody realized the problem. Don't Shimano/pro have quality control? Otherwise impeccable delivery. Just curious to know how this problem will be solved. Especially as I don't have a seatpost in the meantime."
