Description
Title CONNECT flat pedals were born on the bikes of the brand's athletes, where they were spotted well before release. The body is forged 6061-T6 aluminium then CNC-machined: forged first for structural strength, then machined for precise surfaces.
The platform measures 105 × 111 mm and is just 14 mm thick, with a concave profile: your foot settles into a subtle pocket rather than on a flat surface, significantly improving lateral hold. 22 pins per pedal (11 per side) ensure relentless grip. All leading edges feature a deflection angle to glide over rocks rather than catching on them.
The axle is CNC-machined SCM 415 chromoly running on three sealed bearings and an IGUS bushing. Weight: 398 g per pair. Axles and pins can be replaced separately, a crucial feature for flat pedals — the ultimate wear item. Oil Slick is the most striking finish in the catalogue: an iridescent surface treatment with hues that shift depending on the light angle. It is also the only finish priced at a premium by the manufacturer.
