Break the valves!
"Used on Presta valves. The flexible hose that connects to the valve is a good idea, but when you're pumping in the field, it moves all over the place. At best, you torture the valve or the shell. At worst, you break the valve and have to change it or the chamber. You end up with a pump that doesn't do you any good at all!

"Compact, aluminum => lightweight pump. Its extendable sheath allows easy access to the tire valve and probably limits the risk of twisting the valve during inflation. ... and its Presta and Schrader compatible system is a real plus. It doesn't come with a pressure gauge (due to its compactness), but personally that doesn't matter as I check my pressure with the compressor before every ride. As for its efficiency, I don't know yet, as I haven't had a chance to use it: 0 punctures... thank you Tubeless..."
