I can't unscrew my cassette

"Although the tool seems to be of good quality, I can't unscrew my cassette correctly. Maybe it's due to my lack of experience or the incompatibility of my cassette itself (Sram 11v pg1130) so I can't agree with this equipment until I've been able to disassemble a cassette with it."
