Excellent grip in corners
"As someone used to Hutchinson Taipan tires, I was tempted by this model, which offers better grip in dry conditions when cornering. The tubeless setup is super easy, even with a hand pump. I bought two tires: a 2.25 for the front and a 2.1 for the rear. I’m disappointed that the brown sidewalls aren’t exactly the same color. I also wish there wasn’t a black mark on the “Vitoria” logo when I unpacked them. I don’t know if it’s just bad luck, but I got a puncture on the sidewall on my second ride. In that regard, the Hutchinson seems more durable to me. We’ll see how it holds up over time!"
