"I bought this sensor so that I could get more statistics on my daily commute and my sports outings, and it does the job, without asking for more. No configuration required, just download the toolkit application to update the firmware and check that the sensor is working properly, then use your usual sports application to collect your data or let Google Fit, for example, automatically retrieve the data. Mounting is fairly straightforward and standard compared to other similar products on the market, but unfortunately no instructions are provided for installation. Google is your friend, and you'll find videos explaining how to install it on YouTube (it's not rocket science either. . . ). As far as the sensor mounting is concerned, it needs to be more stable, as the torsion of the flexible rubber that attaches it to the frame twists in one direction and progressively untwists over time, causing the rubber to come out of its mounting compartment. However, two clamps are supplied if you want to avoid losing your sensor without realizing it."

Good, but be careful with installation
"Installed on a mountain bike and tested, for the moment, on very rolling trails. So far, so good. The only small problem is the distance to be respected between the sensor(s) and the magnet(s): 4mm max. I think that's a bit tight, because depending on the geometry of the rear frame, it makes for some weird setups. In my case, the cadence sensor had to be tilted sharply towards the crank. We'll have to test it on more challenging trails to see if there's any risk of it tearing off. As for connectivity, no problem with Bluetooth or Ant+: Garmin 920xt, Smartphone, Suunto Ambit3."
