Description
The GIRO EMPIRE XC XC/Gravel Shoes combine pedalling efficiency, comfort and grip for XC and gravel riding. Their Teijin® Evofiber™ microfibre upper provides a supple, enveloping fit, while the laces allow precise adjustment of the shoe fit. This design prioritises an excellent balance between support and freedom of movement.
The outsole integrates a co-moulded carbon composite plate with Sensor™ Rubber. This combination delivers effective stiffness for power transfer while retaining flexibility suited to hike-a-bike sections. Sensor™ Rubber also improves grip and durability without requiring adhesive for assembly.
The Supernatural™ system allows you to customise arch support thanks to three inserts: Low, Medium and High. This configuration promotes comfort and pedalling efficiency. With an advertised weight of 348.6 g in size 42, the Empire XC combines performance, versatility and a design built for demanding terrain.

- Measure the distance between the tip of the big toe and the outermost part of the heel. - GIRO shoes run small. We recommend choosing one size up from your usual size.
