Description
The result of BURGTEC's constant questioning of BURGTEC to offer its riders the very best, is the pair of Penthouse Flat MK5 bicycle pedals. Tested with a wide range of shoes and based on the MK4, it reduces weight by 65g and improves grip with a 7% wider surface, a 1mm deeper cavity and a 0.5mm reduction in pin diameter.
They feature an oversized platform in CNC-machined 7075 aluminum and a slim steel axle on annular bearings, for intensive, robust use and optimum grip. As a result, they offer extended service life and reduced maintenance over time.
Their 15 mm thickness considerably reduces contact with obstacles encountered in the field. The 8 replaceable steel pins on each side of the body - i.e. 16 pins per pedal - guarantee maximum contact and grip with the shoe, whatever the conditions.
