The result of the perpetual questioning of BURGTEC to offer the best to its riders, is the pair of Penthouse Flat MK5 bike pedals. Tested with numerous shoes and based on the MK4, it reduces the weight by 65g and improves grip with a 7% larger surface area, a 1 mm deeper cavity and a 0.5 mm reduction in pin diameter.

They feature an oversized platform in CNC-machined 7075 aluminium, very thin, with a steel axle on annular bearings, in order to offer intensive and robust use, in addition to optimal grip. They thus offer an extended lifespan for reduced maintenance over time.

The 15 mm thickness will considerably reduce contact with obstacles encountered on the terrain. The 8 replaceable steel pins on each face of the body — 16 pins per pedal — guarantee this model very good contact and maximum grip with the shoe, whatever the conditions.
