The successor to the Overide model, the Touareg features larger, more widely distributed studs, for exceptional protection and grip
Despite this, this tire retains excellent performance on the road. Grouped together in "small-blocks", its numerous small studs guarantee incomparable comfort and speed on rolling or engaged sections.
This tire features a flexible, lightweight 127 TPI carcass. It is also reinforced with the Hardskin grid running from bead to bead. Combined with a thick rubber compound, this proven Cross-Country reinforcement protects you from stones, pebbles and other sharp bumps you'll encounter on your Gravel outings.

Repeated punctures
"Fitted at the beginning of January 2021, these tires delighted me at first with their comfort. Unfortunately, punctures repeatedly during my outings on the road. The product usually seals them properly, but one stud is now almost torn. I'm a gravel rider, and these 700x40 tubeless tires had just replaced 700x30 Schwalbe Cx pro tubeless tires that had lasted me over 1000kms on towpaths, greenways, etc. . In short, just 300kms and I'm looking for a more reliable successor."

"Really easy to fit on Duke. Sealing is impossible without the product, as there are leaks on the sidewalls which are plugged by the product. I'm skeptical about the puncture resistance despite all the opinions to the contrary. I noticed a puncture on my first outing, which was immediately sealed by the product. Otherwise, the tire performs well on roads and trails... ..."
Good all-round tires
"Good tires for most surfaces. Rolling resistance a little stronger than with standard gravel tires (WTB riddler type) but on the other hand, it grips a little better in slightly greasy terrain (not deep mud either . . . don't exaggerate)."
Performance, comfort and grip on dry ground
"Easy to ride on asphalt and yet it provides good grip on dry paths and rocks, limited in mud but that's normal given the profile of the studs, the good volume of 40 provides comfort on rough paths, no punctures to deplore over nearly 600km yet I didn't spare it with some pretty rough passages on sharp rocks, mounts easily tubeless."
